We can provide drawings in 2D CAD or 3D Revit (BIM) formats to fit the project requirements. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

Our team of engineers will review construction documents, assess shop drawings, and inspect construction sites to assure contractors’ construction accuracy and maintaining design intent and quality. We also offer full time construction supervision by assigning very qualified resident engineers, engineers, technicians and other personnel to construction sites to ensure quality construction from start to completion of testing and commissioning and during defects liability periods.

STUDIES

We can perform a variety of studies to determine the feasibility of your project, as well as cost benefit analysis and energy consumption costs. We also perform peer review (value engineering) to determine if your design is as efficient and cost effective as possible.
We also specialize in addressing Low Delta T syndrome which is an issue with some buildings utilizing district cooling services.
